Henn & Rich Global Advisory is a European boutique advisory firm focused on private clients and their families.
We're a small Dubai-based team with a global reach providing a holistic approach with our bespoke advisory to high-net-worth individuals with our range of corporate services that are essential to today's global elite. Together with our strategic alliances around the globe, we can offer Citizenship-by-Investment (CBI) programs, special passports, European private banking, offshore company formation, global residencies, commodity sourcing & consulting, and real estate advisory.

CHRISTIAN HENN
Originally from Germany, Christian began his career with top trading house Glencore in Switzerland. Today he enjoys a 20+ year career as a successful metals commodity trader.

Being a client of private banks, advisories, and fiduciaries for the last 2 decades, Christian recognizes what the modern day high net worth individual client needs. This has led him to open his own advisory business to provide the exact tailored services and quality which private clients are looking for.

In his free time, Christian is a keen cyclist and he splits his time between Dubai, UAE and Zug, Switzerland.

RICHARD SODERLUND
Originally from Latvia, Richard got his start at Unilever before switching to the corporate services world many years ago.
​
Richard is a savvy expert in the Citizenship-by-Investment (CBI) business, and is at the forefront of the client's liaison with the respective governments across the globe. Also an eager specialist in lobbying government officials in emerging markets to establish new government CBI programs.
​
Being a global citizen having lived in Latvia, Switzerland, Pakistan, and the UAE, while maintaining his original Swedish and Russian roots has enabled him to truly immerse himself in the offshore & private client world.
​
Richard is a proficient free ride skier as well as certified Ski Instructor in Switzerland. He splits his time between Dubai, UAE and Riga, Latvia.

AVANI THAKRAR
Supporting strategic partnerships and cross-border advisory across international markets. With experience spanning luxury brand management, PR, experiential marketing, and global mobility, she brings a relationship-led and commercially grounded approach to growth and collaboration.
Avani works closely with founders, investors, family offices and premium brands, helping bridge opportunities between Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, including exposure to residency and second-citizenship pathways in collaboration with legal and investment partners. Her approach is rooted in discretion, alignment and long-term value creation.

​Born and raised in Portugal, Avani holds a degree in International Business from London and a Master’s in Luxury Brand Management from Milan, and speaks seven languages, bringing a culturally fluent and international perspective to her advisory work.
